Introduction Fursat helps people travel more for less like their favourite creator. Fursat provides bespoke travel packages, leisure guides, and personalized trip planning services. By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these terms.
Services Fursat offers travel packages tailored to your preferences and budgets.
Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and the terms of third-party vendors.
Leisure guides and itineraries provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
User Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of information provided during booking.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations during your travel.
Users under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent to use our services.
Payments and Refunds Payment Terms: Payment details, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined during booking.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed based on the payment method used:
UPI: Up to 5 working days
Cards: Up to 7 working days
Net Banking and Others: 7 to 10 working days
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of individual vendors and Fursat’s service terms.
If a refund is not received within 10 working days, please contact us with the payment date and Order ID for assistance.
In case of partial refunds or cancellations, any cashback received will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be initiated through our platform or by contacting us directly. Refunds will be processed as per the above refund policy.
Intellectual Property All content on Fursat’s platform, including itineraries, images, and branding, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Liability Fursat is not liable for third-party actions, including transportation delays, cancellations, or accommodation issues.
Users are advised to obtain travel insurance for unforeseen events.
Modifications Fursat reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Darjeeling, India. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
